What are things to look for in sunglasses to prevent migraines from the sun/light? UV? Polarized? Others?
I get migraines from spending an afternoon in the sun. Wearing a hat and sunglasses seem to help, so I think it is time to invest in a high quality pair of sunglasses. What sorts of things should I be looking for that will work for me the best? I do a lot of fishing/water/snow sports, so I am getting a reflection from the surface of the water as well as sun from the sky.
