how long can you freeze a cooked food before it goes bad?
i’m planning to cook food for the whole 1-2 week’s worth but i wanted to know how long will the frozen cooked food last since i doubt it will build up any mold.

In the restaurant industry, our rule is 6 months. That is if the item is well sealed with minamal air. I purchase my meats in bulk (too save money) and freeze them for no longer than 2 months. Do keep an eye on your products to ensure there is no ice crystals forming. If you see this, use it at once.
