After a dance crew appears on ABDC, where do they go from there?
The show America’s Best Dance Crew is the pinnacle of the dance crew world. So, one a crew appears on the show and doesn’t win, what do they do? Do they keep dancing or do they break up? Like the winners get 100K and the title of champions, and I’m sure they also get other promotional contracts.
But what happens to crews that don’t win? Like crews like So Real Cru, Fish Sticks, Fanny Pack, what are they doing now?
SoReal Cru is still together and have been dancing for twelve years. They don’t have any information past Battle of the VMA’s though.
Fanny Pak has done a bit more though. They choreographed and danced in Lil Mama’s “Truly In Love” video. They also have a line of sneakers, the Battle collection. Fanny Pak choreographed, and is featured in, an upcoming commercial for the relaunch of the Hasbro children’s toy Bop It. Fanny Pak is also mentioned in the 2009 Lil Wayne song “Watch My Shoes.” Fanny Pak will release a full length dance album featuring all seven crew members and special guest appearances from musical artists.
