Is this a good carp reel for me?
The rod i’ll be pairing i with is the shakespeare omni-x carp (2.5 tc) and i’ll be fishing at any the ponds in bushy park (check it out if you want to). The fish there can get as large as 30lb (so i’m told) but i’ll mostly be aiming around the 15lb mark (of which there are many). Do think this is a good reel to use:
